• Complete Monster: Mack Drummond is a ruthless human trafficker, described by Hondo as "the lowest of the low". Taking advantage of the ongoing crisis in Haiti to ensure a constant supply of victims, Drummond has Sal Desir smuggle children into America where he sells them into servitude or worse. Cornered by S.W.A.T., Drummond threatens to murder one of his latest batch of children unless the team backs off. When an earthquake hits, Drummond refuses Hondo's pleas to let them get the children out, and using the chaos as a distraction, escapes, taking the boy James as a hostage. Stealing a car, he attempts to kill the driver when she demands that he let James go. Gagging and tying James up, Drummond locks him in the car's trunk, whilst having a wound stitched up. Seeing an opportunity to escape, he abandons James to starve and murders a paramedic, before trying to hijack a medical helicopter. Engaged by Hondo, Drummond tries to beat him to death.
