• Angst? What Angst?: Rocky takes his situation quite well, and hardly ever expresses sadness over the fact that everyone he knew before he was frozen is long gone.
• Jerks Are Worse Than Villains: Karl the bully is much more a Hate Sink than the shows actual villain professor Torpedo. This is helped largely by the fact that Torpedo is a comedic Harmless Villain who mostly goes unnoticed by the protagonists and constantly ends up the victim of his own attempts to freeze Rocky, while Karl actively confronts and torments the main characters in more realistic ways (like taking their belongings or keeping them from playing on the local playground).
• Narm: The English dub has poor dubbing, and Luna sounds more like a young adult then a kid.
