- Ensemble Dark Horse: Panda Stewart, the accompanying dancer from Swan Song 2000, is considerably more popular than every other character.
- Scrappy Mechanic: The game's timing window can be very strict, to the point of being essentially frame-perfect. As mentioned in the main page, this can actually result in stages becoming Unintentionally Unwinnable under certain conditions, as the timing window can end up being less than a frame long.
- That One Level: Wondering Bullfighter, the final stage in the top-most path. Not only is it fast-paced, but it also has many shapes placed in the very corners of the grid, requiring lots of inputs and leaving very little margain for error.
- Widget Series: Surprisingly downplayed. Compared to Osamu Sato's other games, this game is relatively straight-forward and easy to understand.
