- Ensemble Dark Horse: Blink. Blink only showed up for three issues in the "Generation Next" storyline before pulling a Heroic Sacrifice to save the future Generation X team. However, something resonated with the fans and they were heavily upset with her death. Marvel would fix that (somewhat) with creating a Blink for Age of Apocalypse, who would go on to be a Breakout Character and appear in two iterations of Exiles.
