- Big-Lipped Alligator Moment: Mehendra's ex runs in to attack the Queen of Leak during the finale, but gets killed and has a sad-dramatic death scene. At no point was she established as Mehendra's ex before this scene.
- Narm Charm: The Queen of Leak's dub voice sounds like the actress was told "Do the most stereotypical Wicked Witch voice you can manage", but this film is so bizarre that it makes lines like "I have succeeded finally in removing your head!" kind of work.
- Special Effects Failure: The scenes where Catherine's head separates from her body are shot on a completely different grade of film stock.
