- Ho Yay: Generalissimo Meriweather has some of this with one of his soldiers, with the soldier in question stating that he loves Meriweather before hastily clarifying that he meant that he respected him, plus Generalissimo Meriweather later cradling the soldier in his arms after he has been zombified while saying "Goodnight, sweet prince".
- It's Short, So It Sucks!: It's only a half-hour, so the story isn't as fully developed as it could be.
