• Signature Scene: The super hammy scene of Maxwell's patient turning into a crazy apeman.
• Special Effects Failure: The title cards depicting various forms of psychotic disorders (which were presumably used as a Censor Decoy) are haphazardly spliced into the film, sometimes at random points, and contains its own music score that gets abruptly cut off whenever it cuts back to the action.
