  • Demonic Spider: The Giant Moles in Nolwenn's basement can be encountered as early as the start of Chapter 2, but they're stronger than the enemies in Stoneway, the first new area of the chapter. They also inflict both bleed and poison with a single skill, making it difficult to outheal one, let alone two of these moles.
  • That One Level: Allaror's Wrath looks like a standard plains dungeon at first, but unlike most other areas in the game, enemies respawn constantly even if the player doesn't rest, making it possible to spend too many resources if the player tries to fully explore each map. Fortunately, the Allaror Crown at the end of the dungeon prevents regular encounters from spawning.
  • They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot:
    • Starkas's ending would have been a good opportunity to explore Lambda's backstory, further examine the injustices of the Kingdom of Manahill, and give more characterization to King Vikar and how he become a Fallen Hero. Instead, not much is done in this ending other than Lambda laying waste to Vikar and his army.
    • Illia's ending could have been a good opportunity for an Evil Versus Evil conflict, since Illia considers King Vikar a prime example of why humans shouldn't be allowed to use manastones. However, the game abruptly ends after Lambda makes the final choice to join Illia with no Final Boss of any kind.
