• Iron Woobie: Lunen's parents were killed as part of a madman's plan to use Lunen in his arena, being a Triblood. Nearly every person outside the main crew look down on him for being born different (and this is all before the actual story begins). The first girl he's seems to ever have feelings for not only is from another world and attempting to find a way home, but she also seems smitten with someone else. And yet he never backs down, never gives up, and pushes on despite horrible physical and psychological injuries.
