• Faux Symbolism: The wilting rose in "Bad Decisions". No rose at all had appeared in any of Gemma's previous videos, nobody has ever confirmed what it was supposed to symbolize, fan theories abound with possibilities (ranging from symbolizing Bree's situation to her relationship with Gemma after not taking her advice to foreshadowing Gemma's fate to merely being a reference to Bree's actress, Jessica Rose), but none of them really have a lot of solid ground, making the rose an excellent example of this.
• Memetic Mutation: Daniel's line in "Back Home" where he tells Bree "I still l... care about you" went memetic within the fandom, dubbing it "l'care" and treating it like it was a strange French term, as well as using it as a humorous way to express affection.
