• So Okay, It's Average: The general opinion of the movie. While better than the latter half of the series it follows up on, and the fact no-one dies is considered a plus, it’s still not quite on the same level as Kamen Rider Saber: Trio of Deep Sin.
• The Un-Twist: Dr Ichimura being the Big Bad. Beyond the copious hints before it's revealed, the fact that his actor had previously played one of the most vile villains in Ultraman history, something the official site made sure to mention in promo material, made it obvious he would be the true villain.
• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: Despite being the main focus of the movie, Hiromi doesn't actually develop as a character. Nothing about him changes in the movie, and the idea of Hiromi helping a kid was already done in DEAR GAGA, except the kid was tied to Hiromi's own history in that instance. This is most evident when Wakabayashi's ghost shows up (again, this was already done in DEAR GAGA) to literally reiterate his prior character development from Revice before he goes on to the climax. This also extends to his upgrade, Kamen Rider Imperial Demons, which has the same transformation jingle as his regular form.
