- Fanon: Jackie is Latina, as she has a fiery personality and knows what a chupacabra is in 1997. For reference, the word chupacabra didn't come into existence until it was coined by Madalyne Tolentino in 1995. Likewise it's Fanon that Talon, Screech and Fang are all exiled conjurors or nighthawks who got lost on their way out of Sky Valley.
