• Demonic Spiders: Barons of Hell: extremely tough to take down with small arms (one rocket works but it needs to fly a certain distance to arm) and when you finally do, the Hellish energy from within can revive almost any corpse on the map.
  • Some Cacodemons that spawn will have a chance to fire as if they had a heavily improved thunderbuster. In most situations, this will be the worse out of the two, as one will rarely survive more than one direct explosion, facing multiple Cacos with this trait will quickly drive one to drink.
