• Alternative Character Interpretation: Sammy, the guitarist of Dead Pink. Was he a jerkass who couldn't care less about Heather or what Zanne was doing to her or was he so focused on the band contest that seemingly-less pressing issues within the band didn't register with him? Helping matters is how his girlfriend Alison (who he hooked with after what was supposed to be just a one-night stand) is his biggest advocate and talks about what a Nice Guy he is in their relationship and even after Heather and Nick leave the band after Zanne and Simon's betrayal and they decide to compete against them, he expresses genuine regret at letting them go and losing their friendship.
• Narm Charm: The music video for "Stop". It's so outlandishly 90s but so memorable. Plus, the awesome song makes up for it.
• Nightmare Fuel:
  • Brad's murder. Aside from the sudden and gruesome nature of it, while Dead Pink is performing inside the club, we are treated to further close-ups of his body.
  • Zanne's breakdown, which includes the ghosts of the aforementioned Brad and the Armstrong girl watching her and ghoulishly dancing.
• Paranoia Fuel: How well do you know your friends and their motives? Do they simply like you or do they want to be you?
