- Game-Breaker: While not outright breaking the game, if you managed to aquire some of the Keys characters early, they will make the game significantly easier.
- Virginia Thorton - The Seer : 100 scout skills means cutting travel time in half, increasing the number of missions you can finish before nightfall.
- Benny Wilson - The Rat: increases the amount of food / medicine / ammo found in containers
- Robert Hunter Wilson - The Survivalist: trains Pistol skills and boost Finesse of characters around him by 10.
- Smedly Butler - The Veteran: trains a random combat skills and boost Toughness of characters around him by 10.
- Obvious Beta: The first release is plagued with game breaking bugs. Even after the 1.07 patch, silly bugs still exist. For example, after you have deleted the default savefile name (like 2012-05-21 16:05:00), hitting the Delete key or Backspace key one more time crashes the game.
