• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: Jack being sober is not explored in any way — he jumps out of the window when he realises that Sister Assumpta is a nun, and is not seen again until the end, when he's drinking from several bottles at once in an attempt to get back to his usual drunken state as quickly as possible.
