- Polished Port: The 3DS port adds three two-part puzzles just before the final boss, five extra filler floors into the Administrator's Tower and an extra item used to defeat Bitmen in the Secret File areas, and Bit Golems in one part of the aforementioned two-part puzzles. The item's even hidden into the filler floors in Administrator's Tower.
