- Not long after Galys Pass, much of the world is now open to you to explore, and a number of items can be found if you simply know where they are. However, enemies in the Sektra Swamp and Miraj Desert will utterly destroy you if you are caught in random battles. Not only that, but you won't have any maps to give you any actual direction before you're supposed to go to these places.
- It's not too hard to find the Sword Technique since it's south of the Lake Cave in a stump. The Sword Technique ignores defense and allows you to do 10 damage in addition to any other damage you do, meaning enemies that vastly overpower you can be killed in 4 hits if you have it. This makes the challenge more doable, however it costs 8HP to use it, so how much it helps depends on getting HP drops and having a long enough HP bar...
