What would characters like the Black Gema Gema Gang look and act like in this special?
So Okay, It's Average: The general consensus seems to be that it’s a rather average romance anime that just happens to have the Di Gi Charat name slapped onto it.
They Wasted a Perfectly Good Character: Rabi~en~Rose only makes two brief cameos with neither her nor Dejiko ever referencing having once known each other. It’s especially egregious as outside of Dejiko and Puchiko, she is the only other character from the franchise to appear.
They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: The special unfortunately does not delve into how Dejiko and Puchiko ended up maturing into the characters we see, especially as the DVD description puts emphasis on their verbal tics and Gamers being gone, neither of which gets referenced in the actual special.
