YMMV / Department Q: The Keeper of Lost Causes

• Complete Monster: Ditlev Pram and Ulrik Dybbøl, from The Absent One, have been psychopaths since high school, when they used to mask themselves before committing assaults and rapes for fun. When a teacher plans to fail Pram, the duo respond by having him framed for rape. Later, Pram and Dybbøl rape a girl in front of her brother, before stabbing both to death, Pram then beating and raping his girlfriend with Dybbøl, uncaring that she is pregnant with his child. Growing up, the duo build a torture chamber where they record themselves raping and torturing their victims and keep a trophy case of the unfortunates' belongings, including what appears to be a child's underwear.
