YMMV / Brother Power the Geek

• Ensemble Dark Horse: While the Geek has had only a handful of appearances, he is quite beloved due to his damn bizarre yet imaginative nature.
• Fair for Its Day: The representation of hippies comes out as very progressive for the era, since they are the clear good guys who spend their time doing peaceful protests and being abused by street gangs. In an era were they were considered drug-addled freaks, it's very tasteful to see them presented so heroically.
• Narm Charm: The whole character runs on this! A hippie mannequin who runs a missile factory and who is an elemental for... dolls?
• What Do You Mean, It's Not Political?: There was clearly no ulterior symbolism in making a puppet almost become president.
• The Woobie: Brother Power was persecuted since day one, captured for a circus, sent to space and recovered 20 years later, abandoned by most of his friends and hunted like a wild animal. Yet he never gives up his happy demeanor.
