• Harsher in Hindsight:
  • Hank offhandedly points out while interrogating Mike that the Philadelphia PD told him that Mike's tenure as a cop with them ended under, ahem, dramatic circumstances. Mike says "Not particularly," to which Hank agrees as he's more interested in probing Mike for any evidence of off-the-books work he performed for Gustavo Fring. It's a bit harder to hear that line from Hank when you know that he's talking about the death of Mike's son Matthew.
  • Peter Schuler's suicide that kicks off this episode becomes far more tragic to watch knowing that Gustavo tried to reassure him that he wouldn't have to worry about being caught by the authorities so long as they continued to work together. Clearly, those words turned out to have been wishful thinking.
