• Alternate Character Interpretation:
  • When Mr. Fischoeder dismisses the Belcher kids as advantages to Bob and Linda, the kids are seen playing on (and falling through) a hedge trimming to prove his point. Were they just being their usual goofy selves? Or were they playing up their usual goofiness in order to make it seem like they're less of a threat than they actually are? It's worth noting that all three kids are among the final few tenants remaining (with Tina only being eliminated by a sneak attack). It's also worth noting that, had Fischoeder not dismissed them as threats, hunting the Belchers would probably be the other tenants' top priority due to just how many of them there are.
  • Does Mr. Fischoeder genuinely believe that he's a person his tenants can get along with? Or is he just saying that to save himself from the harsher consequences of a rent strike? On the one hand, he's Mr. Fischoeder, but on the other hand, he's Mr. Fischoeder...
