• They Wasted a Perfectly Good Plot: Despite the film giving some major hints that Sōjirō Kusaka had some affiliation with Sōsuke Aizen (The fact he was in Hueco Mundo after his supposed death and that he has two Arrancars working for him wearing a similar style to Aizen's forces), the film never directly connects the two. It's easily to see Aizen backing Kusaka's scheme, since the Shinigami forces would be thrown into disarray regardless of how it turned out and all he lost were two low level Arrancar.
