WMG / Willy's Chocolate Experience

Go To

The Unknown is a failed clone of one of the many Willy Wonka expies

There's been confirmed to be more than one Willy Wonka at the experience, and the most famous video of The Unknown shows a long haired Willy talking to the audience. Contrast with Paul's Willy Wonka expy, who has short hair. There were way more Willy Wonka expies who showed up at the event, but left after seeing the set, according to Michael Archibald, hinting there could have been more, and since there were two people playing Willy McDuff on the day, it wouldn't be unrealistic to think there are more in canon. Now, what is the Unknown? An eccentric chocolate maker who lives in the walls, who didn't appear in the original story. So their backstory is most likely that they were a defective Chocolate Maker clone, disillusioned by their purpose, determined to stay relevant and seeking to avenge their abandonment by terrorizing guests. AI is notoriously good at producing defective images, of course.

Springtime For Wonka

It's no surprise at this point that the whole event was basically just a get-rich-quick-scheme by organizer Billy Coull. We all know how shitty the production value was, but what if it was supposed to be? My theory suggests this event was designed to be a failure from the get-go to somehow rake in more cash or perhaps launder money for Coull, (in a scheme a-la The Producers ) hoping that the event and scheme would be largely overlooked. However, due to the event being so bad, with guests being angered and calling the police, (leading to all other performances being shut down) as well as the whole conundrum going viral online, made Billy Coull's scheme go awry, with the attention of the whole world now on the event and his "production company" House of Illuminati, meaning he cannot do anymore scams under that name and now is in a worse place than where he started, making the whole event a Springtime for Hitler situation.
