When Kvothe is wandering in the forest alone as a child, he has a prolonged period of hallucination/dreams of various mentors teaching him needed survival tricks before coming across some way stones. What if he was actually in Fae for some time?? We don't have any solid reference for his early life vs his later life to match up the timelines thus far in the books.
