During Chapter 4, Samson states that he lives out alone on the cliffs, much like the rumors of the artist.- Jossed. Chapter 5 has a premium scene with him that shows even the artist is reclusive to Samson as well. In Chapter 15, the artist is finally revealed to be a man named Heathcliff.
