The reason the Gestalt is connected to the Grimoire is because it's actually the power 035 wielded as the Black Lord, severed from him by his exile. The Foundation punished D-9341 so severely for trying to research it because they know this.
There's a reason why Justin's last name has not yet been revealed.
He's either a case of Canon Character All Along or he, and by extension his sister and niece, are related to someone of importance in the SCP Foundation lore.
- Alternatively, considering the amount of Black Magic and Weird Science plaguing the Foundationverse, it's possible that Justin doesn't seem to have a last name is because he never had one to begin with. Perhaps he's some sort of non-human creature who's mind has been tampered with to make him loyal to the Foundation, or an anomaly has tampered with his memories and/or history for reasons that will come up later.

The reason for the lack of awareness of the Foundation in hell is thanks to one of the many Groups of Interest that are aligned with the Foundation
The likeliest is the Global Occult Coalition, due to their similar goals. They kill any sinners and demons who know about the Foundation in order to uphold the masquerade on their side.

Charlie is essentially the Antichrist, as ironic as it sounds, and there are prophecies in the Bible stating the birth of the Antichrist will be the end of humanity. This could mean the original humanity was wiped out because of Charlie's birth, but because of SCP-2000 that prophecy was turned on its head and that fate reversed.
When Lucifer hears about SCP-343/God, he'll have a meltdown of the ages.
Lucifer lost to God after years of war, but God was "contained" by humans in less than a week by the Foundation, so you can imagine that reaction.
Lucifer was indirectly responsible for causing When Day Breaks to occur.
Justin is a clone of Adam.
Looking at the official art of Justin and the appearance of Adam unmasked, you can spot a disturbing amount of similarities (And keep in mind art of Justin came out before the public was ever aware of Adam in the first place), the differences being different skin tone and hair & eye color. Possibly 05-1 (being Eve in this canon) cloned Adam somehow and kept cloning every time the last clone perished or the end of the world occurred applying false memories and cover stories to spite Adam somehow or for whatever reason.
