All For One is proven to not only be extremely powerful, but he does not really see other people as, well, people, and will use his own quirk to steal another person's quirk if he finds any use in it.So imagine someone like that discovering the existence of an impressionable child who possesses a quirk that makes him not only functionally immortal, but all mortal wounds heal instantaneously and it creates brand new quirks from nothing?
