It is a quest about a normal girl doing normal things... supposedly. We are already in an anime, and the genre is survival comedy.
Because Sakura is trying to survive her life without becoming an anime character, it is hilarious, and anime tropes are already in effect at full force. A But Thou Must! Clingy Macguffin would counter Sakura’s efforts.
