The woman from the final two episodes of "Phoenix Nights" was killed by the hitmen she hired to kill Max and Paddy

She never specified when they would be arriving and the hitmen arrived after Max and Paddy did a runner. So they arrived to see Ant and Dec as the bouncers and neither matched the physical description given. The hitmen concluded that they had been deceived and decided to deal with the woman the only way they know how: by killing her instead. That's why they're never seen in "Max and Paddy's Road to Nowhere".
