Tyronius Athanatos is still alive, despite being seemingly erased from time
Just like how the Chronometer 3000 malfunctioning made Lil end up in the Big Red Devil's dimension, Tyronius ended up there too when Lil grabbed it from him in the finale. The Devil, seeing how evil Tyronius was (and his potential to perform tons of sacrifices), decided to promote him into one of his demons. If there's a sequel, Tyronius might return as a demon and become a huge threat once again.- On the other hand, it's likely the Devil killed him with no warning. They only gave Lil warning and time to escape because she was young, after all.
