WMG / Half-Life: Alyx but the Gnome is Too Aware

Peppa is referring to Alyx, who will be an antagonist.

Peppa's speech in the movie says she became friends with "The man clothed all in blue, the little man with white beard and red hat and 'someone else'" who we know nothing about besides being a girl who Wayne will meet very soon. No girls exist in this series or HLVRAI besides Peppa herself (and mentions of Dr. Coomer's ex-wife)... unless you remember Wayne's attempts to insinuate to the Gnome that he is playing as Alyx in this game. This disappears before long, as he stops trying to convince the Gnome that he's not playing as Gordon. Assuming the next series is Half Life 2, then Alyx could easily act as one of Wayne's companions. In addition, Peppa's lines could be interpreted as becoming friends with either Benrey or the Blue Gnome. In either case, she is friends with antagonists, and given Alyx became all but forgotten in favor of "Gordon," it would be understandable if she was mad at him.
