The Playable Epilogue is an in-universe videogame based on Tanner's Adventures in Comaland.
It seems it doesn't made sense as after the end credits, Tanner regain his Shift abilities and could further continue playing sidequests or driving games in his own world.
- It could be that the end credits actually take place in his dreams as he's sleeping regularly.
