Giselle will become a fairy godmother
The story clearly wants Giselle to be a wicked stepmother, but part of her still loves her stepdaughter and she has the magic wand, so she can pivot into the role of fairy godmother and mitigate the evil tendencies being forced upon her. Giselle will show sympathy for Malvina
If she gets kidnapped by Malvina, she will show sympathy for her, once she tells her that she is trying to help her son and make him proud of her. Giselle will try to help Malvina
Given that Giselle is a nice friendly person who helped people, animals, even villains likely.She will try to help Malvina, due to how she has care for her son, and that she can help the latter reconcile with him.
Giselle will try to redeem Ruby and Rosaleen
Giselle will try to help on redeeming Ruby and Rosaleen, where she will convince her that she can help her, and become her friend. Rosaleen, and Ruby are witches
Given that these two characters are set to become the new villains of Disenchanted, it will be revealed that they are witches. Malvina, Rosaleen, and Ruby will have a Heel–Face Turn
Well, despite being villains, they might be helping Giselle, after realizing the error of their ways. Rosaleen and Ruby will act friendly towards Giselle
Despite working for Malvina, I think that Rosaleen and Ruby will be very affable towards Giselle, unlike their boss. Giselle will show sympathy for Rosaleen and Ruby
If she sees that Rosaleen and Ruby are having bad times of working for Malvina, she will show sympathy for them, and convinced them to not give up. Rosaleen and Ruby will become Giselle's friends
Given that most henchmen redeem themselves while helping the hero, Rosaleen and Ruby will likely become Giselle's Friends while helping her escape. Morgan will meet Tyson Monroe
She will meet Malvina's son, and the two will likely meet while trying to find her stepmother, Giselle. Megan will be dating Malvina's son, Tyson Monroe
Given that She and Malvina's son will likely be interacting and meeting each other, it possible that they might start dating each other.- In one of the trailers, Morgan is pulling Tyson away from evil Giselle, and Tyson is dressed as a prince, supporting this theory.
Malvina will have a Villain Song
Since the sequel is confirmed to be more musical unlike its prequel, Malvina will likely be singing their own songs. Malvina will care for her son, Tyson
Given that it was revealed that Malvina has a son, she will likely show care for him, which makes sense since she is a parent. Malvina will try to get rid of Giselle
So, since the plot reveals that she has nefarious intentions for the family, she is likely planning on getting rid of them. Malvina Monroe is a sorceress
Given that Malvina is set to become the Big Bad of the sequel, it will be revealed that she is a sorceress, like Narissa. Malvina will become Giselle's friend
If she learned the error of her ways, she will make amends with Giselle, and will become her friend. Malvina Monroe is somehow related to Queen Narissa from the original movie
With some exceptions for rules of sequels (aka Aladdin's sequels), a lot of times there are plans for the villian of the sequel movie to be related to the villian of the original movie. The only known movie example of this is with Disney's The Little Mermaid II: Return to Sea

Post-Release, and Sequel Speculation
The third film will be mostly animated
To invert the formula Enchanted 3 (or whatever it will be called) will feature the main cast going to Andalasia with most of the plot occurring there, contrasting the modern real-world characters against the fairy tale setting. Morgan will gain magic of her own
In an interesting twist, the third film will reveal that Morgan gains the same fairy tale powers that Giselle has (starting musical numbers, communicating with animals, creating insane pieces of art impossibly quickly) allowing her to spoof the more modern Disney Princesses who have all the magical Disney trappings but with more modern realistic sensibilities. Plus it would prove beyond a doubt that she truly IS Giselle's daughter. Giselle will take a back seat the third time around
The first film was all about romantic love, and the second was familial love between mother and daughter, perhaps the third film will be about sisterhood with Morgan firmly in the role as the protagonist with an older Sofia as her little sidekick, with Giselle this time playing a more supporting role, similar to Robert's role in the second film. Possible Plot
Taking into account other WMGs...Sofia is kidnapped into Andalasia. Morgan immediately goes to rescue her, possibly with Tyson in tow. Giselle realises where her daughters have gone and drags Robert with her to Andalasia, where he spends most of the movie questioning Andalasian logic. The power of sibling love wipes out the villain, whoever they may be, and everyone lives happily ever after.- The film will be called Reenchanted.
