• What happens at the end of the movie?
  • Is Shawn killed by the remaining ghosts? Or does he take over as their "owner" considering he usurped the old one?
• Is the whole thing a hoax? An elaborate and well-coordinated one, but a hoax nonetheless.
• What did Mildred want? It felt like Shawn had pieced it together when he realizes she was trying to get him to read his poems on air and that her late fiance was a publisher - but would sharing her work with the world have laid her to rest, or just empowered her further?
