I drive all night and Wreck on the Highway are about the same person
The same person who died in the accident in Wreck on the Highway is the same one who was driving all night in I drive all night

The River is about two people
Essentially all of the girls mentioned in this song are the same person. Some songs like I wanna Marry You or Two Hearts chronicle them meeting each other while others such as I drive all night chronicle their problems and Stolen Car and Fade away which show the demise of their relationship The narrator is a male in all the songs who is the one who dies in Wreck on the Highway.

The narrator of "Cadillac Ranch" is a serial killer
The final verse introduces a woman who is "driving alone" at night and seems to catch the narrator's eye. Immediately afterwards, with no mention of a courtship, a long black Cadillac takes her away, which, in the context of the rest of the song is a metaphor for death. Perhaps the narrator uses the image of death personified by black Cadillac as a way to dissociate himself from his crimes. Also note that the woman is driving through Wisconsin, a unique setting for a Springsteen song. Serial killer Ed Gein committed most of his murders in Wisconsin. And surely the line "I'm gonna pack my pa and I'm gonna pack my aunt/I'm gonna take 'em down to the Cadillac Ranch" can't be construed as anything other than sinister.
