Yes, he rants to Violette and the bartender about doing something about his unwelcome guests. However, the fact that neither of them is scared of what will happen suggests that they both know he is full of hot air. All that he was going to do was let Charlie Brown and Linus know that they can't stay in the Chateau and kick them out. Admittedly, this leaves them without shelter in a foreign country, which is still pretty mean, but it's not as violent as the implications would suggest.]]
