Those don't appear to be genuine Call Backs, but events that happened that were merely similar.

* AllForNothing: The Imperial story, though they end the story mode unaware of it. The entire Imperial storyline is centered around tracking down, figuring out and destroying the Rebel superweapon where it's being hidden. In the last mission, the imperials do find the Starhawk and destroy it. However, Titan Squadron makes the mistake of assuming the destruction of the weapon is all that is necessary, and don't stick around to ensure everyone who ''made'' the superwaspon - admirals, scientists, engineers - are taken care of. The end narration makes it clear that because of this, the Rebels are able to simply get away and make a whole fleet of Starhawks later, rendering Titan's efforts moot.
