Keeper Zathrian

Through the "Nature of the Beast" quest, the Warden would discover that Zathrian, the mage leader of a clan of Dalish elves residing near the Brecilian Forest, was responsible for the curse that turned people into werewolves out of vengeance against the human settlers of the forest for the death of his family centuries ago. But even as the Lady of the Forest (the spirit Zathrian created and named Witherfang to spread the curse) pleads him to end the curse to save both the werewolves and his people, Zathrian still refuses let go of his grudges and even urges the Warden to kill both the Lady and the werewolves.
