• Blooper: On page 139 in the first hardback edition, there's the line "Laurie and Ryan were just about to sit". However, Laurie is actually with Jerry, not Ryan, with the rest of the chapter being consistent about this (it's even mentioned at the start of the chapter that Laurie made a point of bringing Jerry rather than Ryan to the meeting because he's less confrontational).
