• Orphaned Reference: A few minor ones due to the game being Screwed by the Lawyers:
  • Prowl's signature ability, "Good Cop," was originally meant to contrast with Barricade's "Bad Cop" ability.
  • Some of the stages are based on scenes from the movies set in Egypt, Chicago, Hong Kong, and London.
• Screwed by the Lawyers: Due to licensing issues, the revived Netflix version doesn't have any bots from the live-action movie continuity in it.
• What Could Have Been: Chromia and Dead End were originally going to be in the original release of the game, but it was shut down before they could make it in. However, both of them made it into the revived version, albeit with Chromia's class changed from Tech to Warrior.
