• In Memoriam: The pilot is dedicated to the late Derrick J. Wyatt, the man behind the character designs for Transformers: Animated.
• Role Reprise: Gretchen Hoffman, who previously voiced the TFA Professor Princess in Transformers Animated Season 4, returns to play her in the scene where Professor Princess reveals herself to be a multiversal singularity.
• Throw It In!: A good portion of Brawl's lines were ad-libbed by his voice actor, including him saying "I don't know what just happened." after getting kicked by his IDW counterpart.
• What Could Have Been: As revealed in a video released after the pilot, the multiverse sequence would've included a scene where the Combaticons assume the color schemes of their counterparts from Shattered Glass and G2, but that scene was forgotten about.
  • Storyboards showed that Bruticus would've fallen apart after taking a single step. But after Transformers: Cyberverse used the exact same joke, Keyan had it changed.
