• What Could Have Been: It's possible that Katie was originally going to have a cameo appearance in the episode alongside Lindsay, as Fresh TV's now-defunct website listed Stephanie Anne Mills as having voiced both Lindsay and Katie in Revenge of the Island despite Mills only voicing Lindsay in the episode and having no other roles for the rest of the season.
