• What Could Have Been:
  • The episode's original script made a Call-Back to "Thomas, Percy and the Squeak" by saying that the Brass Band's concert at the Castle Station was an annual concert just like the one Allicia Botti sung at.
  • New shots were due to be filmed for the Castle Station scenes, but Stock Footage from the previous series' episodes "Edward the Very Useful Engine" and "Scaredy Engines" was reused to save time (Series 7 was being filmed at the same time as the Jack and the Sodor Construction Company Spin-Off), thus giving Stepney a quick unspeaking role he was never supposed to have.
