• Recycled Script: This episode is basically a more polished release of the original 2004 pitch pilot. There are some notable differences between the pilot and the final released episode, but they are otherwise identical plot-wise, they have the same story beats, and retains all the same jokes. Some differences include:
  • Most of the sound effects in the pilot are using placeholder audio. For example, there are sound effects in the title sequence that don't blend as well in the final episode (constant humming of lasers instead of one long whoosh in the released episode, and the robots being destroyed by Victor and Anita have more crunchy sound hits, rather than being stylised metal banging).
  • The audio for most of the regular cast of characters are either using earlier takes of recordings that are of lower quality (Victor, Anita, Professor Professor) or have vocal mannerisms that are completely at odds with the final release (Changed Daily speaks quite normally, and he sounds much more reserved here when reading out his name for the day).
  • Changed Daily's fireplace lights the room with shadows behind the chairs and constant fire flickers. In the final episode, the fireplace has a faster animation, and the room is statically lit, with no shadows at all.
