• What Could Have Been: Per Bruce Timm, "The City that Could Not Breathe" actually began as Will Murray's pitch for an episode of Batman: The Animated Series. Though the DCAU team evidently loved it, the hectic production schedule meant they forgot to call Murray back until it was too late.
