• Near Fatal Experience: For both Barry Williams and Susan Olsen. During Greg's surfing scene, Barry Williams really did wipe out and nearly hit his head on a piece of coral. In a boating scene, a camera boat lost control and ran into the pontoon boat the Bradys were on, knocking Susan, who couldn't swim well, and wasn't wearing a life jacket, overboard. Florence managed to rush out and grab her hand, to get her back aboard before anything bad happened.
