Trivia / Spectre (1991)

• Creator-Driven Successor: Prior to the iOS game Spectre 3D^note which was released in 2010, its developers (Brilliant Bytes Software) released a freeware game for Microsoft Windows, titled Virtua Combat, with gameplay based on both the original Spectre and Spectre VR. This was more or less a Beta Test version^note three "demo" versions of Virtua Combat were released in the 2005-2007 timeframe of Spectre 3D without the "Spectre" brand name.
