• Fake American: Most people have no clue he was born in England and didn't become a U.S. citizen until 1996. His accent being pure Californian, and California being where he spent most of his life, probably has a lot to do with that. Even though Slash himself identifies as British, everyone assumes he is an American, and even people in the UK don't claim him as one of their own and also identify him as American.
